Had on draft at the DoG Street Pub.

Look is a slightly hazy yellow golden with a thin head.

Aroma is a an incredibly fruity tropical.

Taste exactly matches aroma, delicious.

The secret is out! Evil Twin is good at hops. Chocked full of the brightest, fullest, most succulent hop character that's imaginable with today's IPA scene. Equipped with Mosaic, Mandarina Bavaria, Pacific Jade and Kohuta hops, the brewers do so much more than teach us life lessons- they teach us hop lessons.

How You Do Anything Is How You Do Everything brings a "go heavy or go home" revelation in a glass that's hazier than the typical IPA and cast in an amber and orange glow. Fruity aromatics abound with a bold orange character seemingly creamsicle-like. Its malty upstart is of caramel, honey and marmalade.

But the hops simply blossom on the middle palate. The brightness of branch ripe blood orange is joined with lighter apricot, mango, papaya, passionfruit, pineapple, red grapefruit and plum. Trending slightly tart and creamy, a lemon meringue character forms ahead of a smoothly bitter finish of tropical fruit peel, fresh grass clippings, sun tea and herbal sassafras and geranium.

Medium bodied and creamy to start, the beer dries beautifully to a malty dry level with a high level of crispness, cleanliness and refreshment that's extremely bold with hop flavor throughout but without the grassy and stemmy astringency that usually accompany such high hopping rates. A long aftertaste of citrus and tropical peels bring a soothing bitter bite and an herbal array of character.

On tap at Stoneyard Craft Beer Hall and Grill in Webster, NY.

This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow with a small head and a lot of lacing.

This smells like black pepper, dank pine, peach, grapefruit rind, and black tea.

The hop combo here is dynamite- Pacific Jade, Kohatu, Mandarina Bavaria and Mosaic. It's a pretty unique hop lineup. The bitterness is cool, fresh and herbal, with tea, tobacco, and black pepper presenting themselves, along with a nice juiciness of peaches and grapefruits.

This is super crisp and clean feeling, really well attenuated. There's not much extra sweetness, which is sometimes a problem with these sorts of IPAs.

This is exactly the type of IPA I'm digging lately. There's still a good bitterness, but there's also a really nice juicy aspect.
