Pours cloudy gold orange color which looks like guava juice with a 1-2 finger off white colored head that faded slowly and left foamy lacing in a zig zag pattern. Aroma is very dank like wet hops that released pineapple, orange juice, tangerine, mango, guava and all kinds of tropical fruit.
Tastes super tropical and full of sweet, dank citrus hops with caramel, piney notes and a malty backbone that includes graham cracker, biscuit, toasted grains and French toast. The citrus cornucopia has grapefruit, tangerine, guava, pineapple, melon, peach and lemon zest. Smooth and delicious.

Another single "warm" shelf brew. Freezer chilled 16 oz can dated 6.23.18. My first Evil Twin Brew sampling. Everything meets the mark for criteria. Loved the bitter pepper kick in the palate. I'll have to try more of OWL EYE offerings.

A: The beer is very hazy and nearly cloudy in color. It poured with a finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of citrusy hops—grapefruit seem to stand out in particular—are present in the nose along with notes of pine.
T: The taste follows the smell, starting off with flavors of grapefruit and mangos and finishes with hints of pine (without the resin). Grapefruit also becomes noticeable in the finish as the beer warms up. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very crisp on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: Once this beer warmed up, I thought it had a nice amount of grapefruit aromas and flavors in the smell and taste. It wasn't overly bitter, which made it easy to drink.

Bright yellow-orange with an airy froth that clings. Redolent of pineapple, mango, zest and faint vanilla. A burst of tropical fruit juice fills the palate before subtle notes of caramel, lactose, pine and herbal spice come into play. Light to medium in body.
A++ fruit-bomb of the highest order.

So I cracked this can soon after a maltier DIPA. I felt like the hops were very muted and there wasn't much flavor. Due to the other beer? Perhaps. I just didn't enjoy this one much. Will have to try again and rerate.
