A: Poured from the can into a tulip glass. Body is slightly hazy golden-orange with a small whitish head on top.
S: Nice nose of fruity hops (citrus), wildflowers, and caramel malt with a dusting of brown sugar.
T: Old school DIPA flavors - big caramel malt foundation, hint of piney hops, brown sugary malt with honey. Touch of toffee. Heat from 10% ABV is felt in the belly. A little too sweet for me - this one drinks almost like a barleywine rather than a DIPA.
M: Full bodied, carbonation is modest but there.
O: Good for the style.

Batch #001 18:07
Look was a hazy orange with some bits of solids in it.
Smell was kind of flat for a double dry dry hopped beer.. wildflowers are faintly there and some biscuits and honey. Slight melon and pine.
Taste follows smell but had a ton of malt sweetness and sweet honey to add..not well balanced.alcohol was masked nicely but way too sweet.
Mouthfeel was nice..medium carbonation.
Overall impression was not that great..I was gonna expecting more of a hop punch.. might have been an old can..This was the first beer from Evil Twin where I’m kicking myself in the butt for buying a 4 pack

From the bottom of the can: "BATCH #001 18:20"
Appearance: The body is a medium orange-gold. It is very hazy with a ton of suspended solids but shapes and even some letters can be seen through it. The body is medium with excellent head retention and lacing.
Aroma: It smells like wildflowers but there is also a bit of cabbage and bay leaf. There is a bit of caramel on the nose.
Taste: There is a sweet tasting caramel with alcohol flavor mixed with a touch of slightly floral hop character. There is a lot of alcohol presence in the aftertaste. As you continue drinking this beer the, slightly soap-like, floral character really builds on itself which makes the beer more appealing over time.
Mouthfeel: It feels on the lower edge of medium-bodied with low bitterness and a long lingering finish. Drinkability is a bit low given the high alcohol character and the sweetness.
Overall: The floral hop flavors mixed with the overly sweet taste of the beer really push it off into an odd direction. The beer does have character which does make it somewhat interesting to drink, but nothing about this beer makes me want to drink it again. It is a bit like an average Double IPA with a heavy dose of floral hops. I wouldn't really recommend it.

Aromas are a little off... something like wet clay or lightly chemical, maybe? But that all goes away in the flavor. Rich, tropical juices, overall sweet, with dirty flowers. Mouthfeel is super smooth for a 10% DIPA. I lean toward heavier, sweeter beers, and this one certainly meets those characteristics.

Pours hazy copper-orange with bubbles and effervescence constantly rising to the top. Transparency dips to after the final couple ounces are poured into the glass. Head is two fingers of off-white foam that retains beautifully well. Aroma is tangerine, papaya, mango, resin, dank, herbal, and medicinal hops. Hints of honey, flowers, and earthy malts ground it out a touch. Flavor profile is balanced, with the malts driving the taste. Notes of herbal, medicinal, floral, citrus, and tropical fruits adorn the flavor profile, with hints of honey adding a touch of sweetness. Malts are earthy and bready, and drive the taste. Mouth feel is thick with a fuzzy, velvety texture that sticks to the tongue. The sticky texture compliments the resin hops and honey use well. Overall, big IPA (10%) that is malt forward, something a little unique for Evil Twin. This is double-dry hopped; however, it never comes off as super juicy or hoppy - a negative hit. Honey is pleasant.

Served in a tulip glass from the bottle.
Appearance: Hazy gold to amber color with with medium bubbles to the body with a thick white head.
Smell: Deep hops which dissipates quickly through the nostrils.
Taste: Sweet complex honey and a touch smooth maltiness. Slightly piney feel which feels very subtle floral and citrus.
Mouth: Sticky body, not overly done consisting of medium carbonation which feels like toasted potato bread.
Overall: Awesome brew. I wish I could let it sit for while and let it mature. Unfortunately came in a can and I will be inhaling this as time goes on. Salud!
