another pleasant modern and hazy ipa with very low bitterness in a colorful can from evil twin, there have to be a hundred of these by now, but i keep coming back because even though there is some real samey tendencies in them now, when fresh, they are always good, and that is the case here. i am surprised at its sweetness, a honey note all the way through it and a lot of lingering oily sweetness, like the hops were sweet too or something, its an odd sensation to have the fruity dry hoppy finish, but then also have it still be a little sweet on the palate, not something i usually like in this style, but it really does work, and its what makes this one unique for me. neat fruit nuance in aroma and flavor, ripe mango juice, papaya, and candied pineapple. a light mosaic hop note in here to me, but no mention at all on the can of what varietals are at work here. i like the high carbonation and the fuller body. not a ton of grain flavor, but the feel is right, fluffy and round, pillowy even. the hops really linger at the end, fresh and different to me, maybe a cryo hop situation, it has that kind of late palate intensity. tasty stuff, certainly not my favorite of them to date, but these are always solid.

16 oz. Can
Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow/orangy color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, guava, mango), nice diesel like. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, guava, mango), nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty brew. Addictive! Orange Julius! MilkShake! Nice to see it around here.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one int can on December 9, 2018. Brewed by Dorchester Brewing Co. Mid haze with nice citrus fruit aroma. Decent hop/malt flavor balance.

Amazing semi-cloudy slightly deep yellow with nice fizzy head with minute bubbles. Aroma is huge grapefruit and other assorted citrus backing it. Taste is what an IPA should be, lots of citrus(fresh) with great carbonation and a good balance between the malts and hops !!

Beautiful golden beer just a shade darker than lemon yellow. Hazy, opaque in the thicker parts of the glass. Head production is OK, and retention, is just barely OK. Lacing is surprisingly good.
Dank on the nose; pineapple, pine, grapefruit, lemon, and pepper as well.
Initially more traditional up front: green, bright, grassy, herbal, and fruity. The back half, though, is almost all dank herb and tropical juice. Pineapple, mango, and passion fruit are dominant, along with peach, mandarin orange, grapefruit, berries, lemon, and green herbs. Only mild bitterness for an IPA.
Smooth, clean, almost creamy mouthfeel, while still lively.

Bought a can from the Beer Shop in East Longmeadow, MA. The beer is pretty dark and murky with a golden orange look and a thin head. Mango, grapefruit, orangepeel citrus aromas that are pretty good; not too strong or weak. Somewhat bitter beer in terms of flavor, but up front sharp grapefruit. Really good carbonation and mouthfeel to this beer. Overall, good appearance and mouthfeel.

From the bottom of the can: "ETGOOD 1-2" the rest is messed up and printed on top of each other, then "3729"
Appearance: The beer is a milky yellow with a thick creamy white head with very good retention and lacing.
Aroma: There is a light aroma of mango and pineapple skin. As the beer sits under the nose it picks up a distinct catty scent.
Taste: There is a fairly strong pineapple skin flavor to the beer. It doesn't have much else going on.
Mouthfeel: Semi-smooth with a bit of a prickly finish and just a bit of hop bite.
Overall: It's a pretty good New England IPA but it really doesn't push the aroma enough. Despite this, the flavor and mouthfeel make it worth drinking. I would drink it again from time to time. I wouldn't strongly recommend it but it's worth picking up if it's readily available.
