Pours cloudy gold color with the typical good looks of an Evil Twin IPA, who have been consistently good over the past year with DDH IPA's. The head was about 2 fingers thick with lots of bubbles in it, fading on the average to slower side and leaving nice spotty foamy lacing rings.

Smells of pineapple, orange peel, tangerine, apricot, melon, light caramel, hints of flowers and/or fresh cut grass, and then biscuit and graham cracker. Subtly hoppy and well balanced. Flavor is just like the nose with pineapple, orange peel, tangerine, melon, apricot, light caramel, plus gummy bears, green apple, tropical fruit like papaya, orange juice, Razzles candy and then the malty backbone with biscuit, toasted grains and graham cracker. Floral notes come through with a trailing sweetness, but the floral notes are more like rose pedals than hoppy spices and leave an odd aftertaste which is like a cactus or some rubbery plant. Smooth feeling and tasty, this hides the ABV perfectly and was overall enjoyable.

A light refreshing aroma countered by a heavier meltier taste and mouthfeel. Pours a cloudy pale orange with a frothy/rocky off-white head. Gives me a sort of cask-vibe with the rocky head and lower carbonation. Sweetness in my burps (first time I've ever made this comment ;-)

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours lightly hazy deep golden amber color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, woody, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy/sticky, and fairly crisp/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is an awesome IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, easy, and fairly crisp to drink; with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not aggressive. Feels like a lot of Galaxy, Simcoe, El Dorado. Very vibrant, juicy, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; with a nice balancing bready wheat/malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness from crisp resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected. Feels like a mix of East/West coast styles.
