An extremely aromatic DIPA brewed with milk sugar, conditioned on coconut flakes with prominent mango, pineapple, & orange hop characteristics w/ a soft bitterness & carbonation. In Collaboration w/ Root + Branch.

Pours a hazy orange with golden tinges and soft, fluffy head.
Smell is juicy and tropical with notes of mango, thai basil, citrus and a hint of sweet coconut.
Taste is juic and sweet, with notes of mango, oranges, coconut, basil and pineapple. Moderate, perfectly integrated bitterness and overall great balance. Reminds me of a Mai Tai.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, smooth and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, a great cocktail-style IPA. Not a huge fan of coconut, but it works great here.
