Pours an unclear yellow with fine, low foam.

Smell is citrusy with notes of pineapple and coconut and a hint of sweetness.

Taste is tart with notes of pineapple, coconut and citrus with a hint of nutmeg and wood.

Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.

Overall, a nice, cocktaily sour, easy to drink but not very deep.

Pours yellow with hints of citrus and tangerine. Some sour taste as well as coconut in the overall blend. Solid and very drinkable. Some hints of nutmeg as well.

A: The beer is yellow in color and has a moderate haze to it with a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly faded away, leaving just some specks of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Slight aromas of pineapple and tangerine are present in the nose.
T: The taste is slightly sour and has flavors of coconuts along with notes of pineapples and nutmeg with hints of oaky vanilla on the finish.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked how this beer was very delicate in body and sourness but had a very nice amount of complexity with the variety of flavors in the taste.
