Pours a clear yellow with fine, wispy head.
Smell is tart with notes of pineapple, lime and a hint of coconut.
Taste is mildly tart with the same notes from the nose. Reminds me of Malibu. Refreshing but a little dull.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, with sparkling carbonation.
Overall, a good sour, refreshing and crisp. So far, the beer from Evil Twin NYC have been pretty underwhelming.
