Copenhagen 29/6 2020. 47,3 cl can from Vild med Vin web-shop. What looks like a poster you would see in a butcher's shop with a cow separated into edible parts on the can.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small, light beige head. Disappears after half a minute leaving a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet odor mingling with a more spicy and earthy scent. Caramel and brown sugar. Hints of wet soil and leather. Gets stronger as the beer warms up.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth yet tingling and lively texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undercurrent. Finish is semi-dry.
Soft, smooth and with a little bitterness for balance.

50cl can, damned if I can decipher the bb date.
Remarkably fast disappearing head for an oatmeal stout. Murky very dark brown.
Nose is peanut butter, coffee, some dark chocolate and a minor charred edge.
Taste is disappointingly watery, with little of interest going on in addition to the nose. The predictable sweetness without the body. Improves slightly warming up, but alcohol creeps in as well.
I expected much more, this is forgettable and timid

Can to English pint glass.
The appearance was a dark brown color almost black color with a small eggshell white to semi-tan foamy head quickly dissipating with some bubbles and ended up leaving some concave lace.
The aroma had some peanut buttery salty to semi-sweet whiffs rolling into some dark chocolate, dark toast, meaty smokiness and some sweet oats. Charred earthy dirty woodiness plays a nice balance seeming to cut in underneath.
The flavor leaned towards a slight toasted malty to sweet ashy/charred earth with more of a nutty toasted quality. What an exceptionally smooth semi-sweet and roasted aftertaste with some nutty tones.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about due to some dry and roasty tones. Some slight stickiness but quaint. Good carbonation. Finishes strong with a mellow roasty toasty malty tone.
Overall, I'd say a pretty nice oatmeal stout I'd have again.

Had on tap. Dark black opaque pour with some tan lacing. Smell has plenty of char, smoke, meat seasoning, black pepper, and earth. Tastes like dirt, with smoke and some light seasoning and oat. Feel is strangely airy for the style, with some creaminess. Interesting more than good

Drinking this because I picked up the 120 day version. Still blows my mind you can make a beer like 6% and somehow turn it into a 17% behemoth. Pours fairly black for a light volume Oatmeal stout has some ruby hues at the base. Smell has a good dose of chocolate to char and just a hint of smoke. Taste is balanced slight chocolate to cocoa and smoke flavors mild yet fitting. If anything I guess I expected more smoke but it works. Body is medium silky and smooth.
Overall not the greatest but still way better than it's current review score. Can't wait to try the imperial version soon!

From the tall boy can in a snifter. This rather nice little Oatmeal stout
pours a dark and murky blackish brown with cola highlights and a decent
head of off white foam that settles to a thin ring and light layer with spars lacing.
Nose of dark roasted malts, subtle char, light coffee, and subtle cocoa. Flavors
surpass the nose with medium dark coffee and subtle dark cocoa with a light
char bite and toffee malt mingling with smooth oats. Very nice mouth feel;
medium full body, medium light carbonation that offers some nice lift, and
a smooth and chocolatey/coffee roasted finish,
Overall, a SOLID brew...it ain't no 120 day, but it is mighty fine!
Cheers
