Served in a teku glass from the can.
Appearance: Semi hazy gold color with medium bubbles which is a littler darker than your normal gold. Not exactly gold not exactly amber colored. Medium to heavy bubbles on the body creating a white head rising maybe quarter of an inch off the body. Settles before first sip.
Smell: Seriously smells like lime and sugar. Light scent which dissipates a little too quickly.
Taste: Sweet lime and hints of mint. It over powers the malt and hops, but first time without barrel aging I think I had any IPA which feels like a dessert. Tangy, honey with mint notes all at once.
Mouth: Medium to full body with a soft carbonation. Sticky but not in the best way.
Overall: Good brew but it doesn't touch the one I just had a few minutes prior. Worth having but wouldn't go crazy looking for it. Always in a glass, Salud!

Spicy, citrusy, bitter and fruity, the art of mixed cocktails continue to manifest in beer form. Evil Twin brewers see the rise in the mixology culture and try to lure drinkers back to craft beer with a mojito inspired imperial IPA.
The Art of Mixing Beer, the Mojito edition pours with the same creamy golden glow through a standard hoppy haze as others in the series. As its creamy and dense froth builds, the nose fills with a spicy menthol sensation and succulent scents of citrus fruit along with a hint of tropical fruit, herb and spice. Early sweetness is agave and lychee-like before a slight honey and nutty cashew taste washes the early palate.
But the beer's fruity tanginess and hop forward demeanor starts to overtake the malt sweetness diving deep into the middle palate. a strong lime presence offers its racy twang while the hops bring a bevy of orange, grapefruit, mango and papaya with those strong flavors citrus leading the way, equipped with eucalyptus, basil, mint, and cucumber.
Medium bodied and trending dry, the hop resins and fruit acidity work in tandem to provide a drying texture that is mixed drink-like before trailing with the firm taste of English bitters and lime leaf in a medium long aftertaste. The spice of hops and mint shows up more gin-like than that of rum further pushing this beer toward a citrus focused mixed drink of a beer.
