Collaboration with Trillium Brewing Company
This delectable IPA is whirlpooled and dry hopped exclusively with citra hops for a pure expression of one of our favorite hops. Big notes of orange flesh, grapefruit, lychee and sweet honey dew. medium bodied. creamy mouthfeel.

Thick hazy yellowish orange. Big citrusy hop aroma and flavor. Good balance with moderate bitterness. Medium to full body and creamy smooth. Nice collab with Trillium.

Poured from a 1 pint can into a Shaker pint glass, "CANNED ON 12/27/24".
APPEARANCE: pours a dense, beautiful, straw color, this may be the greatest amount of suspended sediment I have ever seen in a beer, there is a one finger off-white head that slowly dissipated until a thin, broken layer of small bubbles remained, there is heavy lacing on the glass, average carbonation although it's so dense that it's hard to know for sure.
SMELL: the nose is pleasant but faint, initially bready and then some light orange citrus and a little pine resin.
TASTE: the taste follows the nose, initially sweet orange citrus and bread then some pine resin on the finish, it's balanced and does not overpower your senses.
PALATE: medium body, velvety soft and creamy.
OVERALL: this is a nice beer, never had one from this well known brewer due to availability in my area, had to cross a border to find it, this was worth the drive, I really enjoyed the mouthfeel, it's very balanced so does not burn out my palate, think I'll have another, I will buy this again and will be sure to tell my friends.

Can purchased from Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a very hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like big vibes of orange and grapefruit, with a little bit of pine.
This is all Citra, which is pretty old fashioned at this point, but it’s a good representation of the classic IPA hop. There’s lots of orange, and grapefruit, some melon, and a nice grassy/piney dryness right on the finish.
This is light bodied, clean, crisp, and very drinkable.
This is very straightforward, but was definitely well done.
