DDH DIPA brewed with citra, simcoe, ekuanot. Notes of peach, melon, lime zest and pine sap. Medium bodied. Creamy mouthfeel. Subtle bitterness. Soft carbonation.

Pours hazy with an opaque, mildly dark orange color and a rocky, off white, three finger head of foam. Laces the glass incredibly well. Aroma of savory pineapple, sweet orange, apricot and green pear. Nose translates onto the palate, punctuated at times by gentle grapefruit peel and spruce, with some brief roasted cereal notes. Finishes on a really lovely flavor of peaches and cream. Feel is full bodied and somewhat bubbly; well attenuated and dry. Fairly good for an American imperial IPA, although it isn't necessarily that bitter - it is incredibly hoppy, dry and fruity with a unique flavor.
