A DIPA brewed in collaboration with our good friends from down south in FL the cool Civil Society Brewing. Whipped OJ, blueberries and dank evergreen. Medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Subtle bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel.

Aroma is orange/citrus and a huge hint of tobacco. The flavor is orange/citrus/fruit, malts/slight grains and a mildly sweet/creeping tobacco/dark fruit finish.

How much pulp? Yea, even more. At this point Evil Twin should just rename their brewery as the Even More brewery.

Taking their "more" series to the hoppy side, Even More Pump shines with haze, dense with cereal and hops to create a smoothie-like appearance while floating a creamy white froth. Rising scents of strong citrus command the nose along with a background of tropical, herbal and spicy aromas. Creamy sweetness wraps around the tastebuds with cereal, wafer and shortcake. Hops usher in a beaming taste of citrus, swirling with tangerine, red grapefruit and clementine. Supporting roles from passionfruit, mango and apricot continue to fuel a fruity forward hop cocktail. Herbal bitterness seems of bitter orange, verbena, hemp and spruce on to a drying, smoothly bitter finish.

Full bodied, creamy and bright with fruity hops, Evil Twin continues to give a perfect blend of new world hop flavor with old school imperial drinkability. it's even more of both worlds.

Hazy dirty orange. Big berry and citrusy hop aroma and flavor; light dank character. Good balance with moderate bitterness. Medium bodied and fairly smooth.

Pretty decent on target DIPA, with hop melange, on tap at the source. Not too hazy or burn. Yes lots of hop, well designed hoppy beer. Ridgeville location.
