A: The beer is opaque light brown in color (like a square of caramel candy) and poured with a short off white head that rapidly dissipated.
S: Light aromas of carrots are present in the nose along with hints of vanilla and slight bits of cocoa.
T: The taste starts out with a bit of sourness and has flavors of brown sugar, cocoa, and vanilla. Some hints of sweetness also begin to develop as the beer warms up and counter the sourness in the initial taste.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit tart and smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer was quite unique and did a good job at blending carrots within a stout and sourness with sweetness. It's an interesting change of pace, but something I couldn't see myself drinking more than one of.

Appearance: Pours the color of carrot juice from a health juice shop with a thin head that fades to a ringlet; a few spots of lacing
Smell: Smells like the brown sugar glazed carrots I am having for dinner tonight; earthy, with hints of cocoa and vanilla
Taste: Roasted carrot juice with brown sugar glaze forward; a plum flavor emerges, underneath; after the swallow, the cocoa and vanilla arrive, though the flavors are very subtle; a bit of tartness in the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with low carbonation; a bit thick
Overall: I am going against the grain here as I thought this was pretty interesting; not something to seek out again but I was fascinated
Thanks, devoured by vermin, for the opportunity
