A: The beer looks exactly like the picture on the can - it's relatively yellow and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that quickly settled down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and some specks of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of biscuit malts are present in the nose along with faint hints of lemon.
T: The taste follows the smell and is dominated by flavors of biscuit malts with hints of honey and bits of floral and lemony hops, the latter of which mostly serve to mask any sweetness and contribute a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is pleasantly malty without being hoppy of bitter. I was looking to take a break from IPAs by drinking lagers so the name of this beer was apropos.
