On tap at Ridgewood. Absolutely wild. Blast a whole in your face levels of fruit tart and jam. Take every ripe red berry you know and throw them in a blender. Pours an incredibly vibrant and saturated fuchsia. Smell is a little more tame, undersells what is about to happen to your taste buds.
If you like tart sours, fruity sours, big sours...you should give it a go. Just do yourself a favor and stick to the small pour. 12+oz might be hard to get through.

Description: Collaboration with incomparable @theveilbrewing. Imperial Berliner Gose brewed with marshmallow, italian plum, raspberry and merlot salt.Pink Starburst, Red berries, Stone fruit, Marshmallows. Tart. Medium-full bodied. Soft carbonation.
Appearance: 4 - like a dark ruby red grapefruit. Nearly opaque. No head, but the bubbles are streaming up the sides of the glass.
Nose: 5 - whoa, a lot going on here. I definitely get the marshmallow. The rest is all the fruit.
Taste: 4 - very tasty. Still a lot going on. A little too sour and not enough fruit. Still fun.
Mouth: 5 - quite thick and chewy for this style. My teeth hurt.
Overall: 4 - a very fine dessert sour. Wish I could find Volume 3.
Stay safe out there, team.

Umm, well, hey. Hi there. Yes. This is a weird one like your Jr. high girlfriend that had a snake. I mean, you drink it and you are kind of lost like Amelia Earnhardt in an airplane. I wouldn’t exactly say it’s all over the place like your prom date after a Four Loko, but it’s something. I drink it, and I just kind of chill. I chill and I’m just kind of ok. And then I’ll move onto the next one.
Yep!
