Evil Twin Brewing 'Blood Orange Margarita' @ 8.0% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a hazy gold from the can to a hazy yellow gold in the glass with a small white head leaving a minimal lace ring along the Spiegelau , last pour has floaters
S-citrus , blood orange , last pour distinct floral smell
T-funky , even funkier swallow
MF-mild carbonation , full bodied
Ov-might have been a shelf turd , I'll pass on the art of mixing beer

A: cloudy; medium gold in color; 1 finger white head that receded quickly to a splotchy cap; nice lacing;
S: blood orange, but it mostly smells like band-aids;
T: mildly tart citrus, mostly lime, up front; blood orange is noticeable toward the end; no bitterness;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry fins;
O: interesting, but not something I would choose again;

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. Some floaties. Smelled of blood oranges and lemon. Slightly tart taste with lots of orange and a sharp bitterness.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color and has some small bits of particulates suspended near the bottom edges of the glass. It poured with a half finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of blood oranges are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of lime juice along with notes of blood oranges with a slight amount of sourness (from the limes). No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the taste of this beer interesting as it definitely resembled a margarita with blood orange flavors.

From the bottom rim of the can: "ETBOM1-AI"
Appearance: The body nearly opaque with a slight opalescence. It has a gold color that deepens in the center. There is a short white head with poor retention that quickly fades to a fluffy white ring.
Aroma: It smells like autolyzed yeast and bandaids.
Taste: It has a strong, sour, acidic character. It tastes a bit like citrus but the character is so acidic that it is difficult to taste.
Mouthfeel: Highly bitter and overly acidic. Very unpalatable.
Overall: It was an unpleasant beer to drink. I don't recommend it.
