16oz can from Tavour. Looks like pink grapefruit juice. Aroma is watermelon, citrus, light tropical notes. Marshmallow and milk sugar really pop out in the taste. Fruit smoothie vibe all the way, a little tartness towards the back.

Appearance: Pours slightly opaque and a startling color of Maraschino cherry juice; the head is mauve colored and drops to a film, leaving some spots behind
Smell: Dragon fruit and lime are most pronounced, bringing lactic sour tones; the watermelon rind is less intense but makes an appearance; competing with the tart elements is a marshmallow and vanilla cake sweetness; the third aspect of the aroma is pithy bitterness
Taste: Up front, the fruit and marshmallow flavors compete, with the tart dragon fruit and lime tones moving in and out alongside the marshmallow and vanilla cake; in the mid-palate, the citrusy lime bitterness emerges and takes over the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation; some pucker, too
Overall: A fascinating beer with many elements; ultimately just a tad too sweet
Thanks, devoured by vermin, for the opportunity

L: Pours a deep and hazy cranberry and ruby hue with a soft pink foam and moderate lacing
S: Rich vanilla beans, marshmallow, and watermelon cotton candy on the nose
T: Watermelon Jolly Ranchers juxtaposed with a piquant sour from watermelon warheads that is met by flavorful tropical fruits/tangerines and mild marshmallow fluff and recedes into a sour lime pith / tart passion fruit and finishes with a slightly sweet cantaloupe
F: Medium bodied and chewy with ample carb
O: This was easily one of the most complex flavor profiles I've had in recent memory. From the sweet and sugary marshmallow and tropical fruits to the puckering sour of the watermelon and lime rind this beer ran the gamut. While an intense range of flavors like this can easily get muddled, Evil Twin and Hudson expertly crafted this one. Each flavor was discernible and for a Sour IPA this had full bodied complexity. Really well done.
