Pours a nice red color. 2 finger frothy reddish head. the head retention is good. Some lacing on the glass.
The nose is a nice sour aroma. The aroma also has just a hint of sweetness to it.
Taste - A sour tartness. I'm thinking raspberry. There's a cinnamon flavor mixed in also. There's a creamy flavor also mixed in to this. I'm sure there's more mixed in, but my palate can't describe it all.
The body is decent. The tartness lingers in my throat, along with some carbonation.
Tasty, and very unique beer.
