Poured into a tulip glass via bottle
Color is licorice black with mocha foam
Smell is chocolate, almonds and faint roasted coffee
Taste is a scaled back version of mexican cake..chocolate, slight chili pepper heat, cinnamon mixed in with the almonds and coffee
Carbonation is low
Mouthfeel is thick and syrupy
A nice stout..probably too adjuncts in this one for anything to really stand out..but a decent beer just the same
