Sour Ale brewed with sweet potato, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, pecans, marshmallow and maple syrup. Notes of caramelized yams, Baker’s spice, sticky marshmallow with accents of toasted pecan and maple syrup. Medium bodied. Tart.

A- A slightly hazy golden orange with a two finger white head.
S- Tart, marshmallows, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, some sweet potato. Strange but inviting.
T- Tart, sweet potatoes, maple syrup, vanilla, nutmeg, marshmallows.
M- Smooth, light to medium body.
O- This is a sweet potato casserole sour, easy to drink and comes together surprisingly well.
