Poured from the bottle into a small glass festival taster
L: color of a stout, incredibly high carbonation made me think of Coke more than a stout
S: not getting much cinnamon streusel, nothing bad about it
T: a decent stout base with cinnamon if I search for it (more on the finish). Was expecting something more pastry-style
F: a little thin but not terrible, mostly that carb issue
O: a fine beer, hoped for more considering the breweries involved. Really wonder what’s up with the carbonation

taste is a muted cinnamon flavor but also getting a rusty metallic taste on the backend :-(
