Collaboration with American Solera
Brewed with Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee and our marshmallow. Chocolate, caramel, roasted malt with accents of vanilla, marshmallow, roasted hazelnuts and nutty coffee. Full bodied. Rich mouthfeel. Sweet.

"Imperial Stout brewed with Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee and our Marshmallow."
Pours a thick, viscous dark brown almost black. This looks heavy. A single line of head formed at the top. Medium brown whenever it shows.
Nose is coffee, chocolate, and sweet vanilla ice cream or candy. Such a huge bombastic presence coming out of the glass. Roasty coffee and chocolate creating a bold flavor sweetened heavily by that marshmallow.
Taste follows the nose. Coffee and chocolate with that candy like sweet vanilla marshmallow flavoring. The hazelnut comes through more strongly here. A delicious mix of flavors.
Mouthfeel is not just fullbodied, it's thick and dense. This brew drinks like melted ice cream. So rich and heavy. This is one of the craziest things I've ever witnessed. It's smooth like a nitro but the carbonation present makes you realize that it's not. Such a decadent brew.
Overall this brew blew me away. I had a hunch it was gonna be good because of previous consumption of Evil Twin's NYC, but this...It makes me forget that I'm drinking a beer. Now for a lot of people that's a turn off, but in my opinion, in the right circumstances, it transcends the boundaries and does exceptional things. This brew is evidence of that. A decadent, dessert beer that feels like ice cream as much as it tastes like it. Well done Evil Twin.

Served in a teku glass from a 16oz can.
Appearance: Deep chocolate colored body which comes off thick with a dark tan head initially rising hlaf a finger's length off the body.
Smell: Ridiculously rich espresso doused with half-n-half cream which gives it that warm milk aroma.
Taste: Complex sweet chocolate with hints of pure vanilla extract infused with coffee. Deep deep espresso and mocha is more hand-in-hand than cheese on a slice of pizza.
Mouth: Soft carbonation with a ridiculously full body. Sweet finish but still bitter enough.
Overall: All I can say is incredible, sadly but true I drank at least four cans of this and it has become one of my most favorite beers to come from EvilTwin. Always in a glass. Salud!

Deliciously over the top imperial stout, again loaded with fudge brownies, dark chocolate, marshmallows, death by chocolate cake coming to mind..Wonderful stuff, well crafted, complex and enticing...
Smooth and velvety as it flows through your mouth .
World class stout that is drinking great right now at 6 days in the can!....they say to drink it fresh...I would not argue with em...go get some of this nectar and enjoy every sip
