Gose-style ale brewed with Matt Tarpey aged hops, fancy Italian wheat, the finest coriander seeds, our hand selected vanilla and Sicilian deep sea salt. Aged on French Baril de Bois. Notes of lemon, orange, spice, vanilla, with a mild salinity. Tart. Light bodied.
