Pours a hazy light yellow remiscent of lemon or lime juice. Half a finger of white head that fades quickly.
Nose is tart lime juice, vanilla, and a slight touch of cinnamon.
Taste is exactly like the nose. A little more breadiness comes through. The touch of cinnamon in tandem with the bready malt quality creates that graham cracker presence. Vanilla brightens it up a bit. A relatively tart brew, despite its sweetness.
Mouthfeel is fullbodied, smooth with mild to medium carbonation. The lactose makes this very drinkable.
Overall an enjoyable novelty from Evil Twin. A tad expensive. If you can snag a can, try it out. Or split a 4 pack with friends.
