Served in a snifter from the can.
Appearance: Consistently like most imperial stouts from Evil Twin, thick dark brown to black body with a dark tan head rising lightly just about a notch below one finger's length.
Smell: Light chocolate and cocoa which hinders the nostrils but light all the same time.
Taste: Not incredibly complex but the beer takes it straight to the point, coconut, espresso with hints of hazelnut. Becomes incredibly addicting like a moth to the light. I'm thinking of a coconut fused devils food cake accented with light coffee bean. All over the place.
Mouth: Soft carbonation with deep stickiness. Hazelnut and cocoa finish which becomes highly addictive.
Overall: All I can say is awesome, I bought this originally last Friday and went back to the brewery to pick up another 3 4 packs of the beer. Oh yes indeed, Salud!
