Served in a snifter glass from the can which I picked up today at the brewery.
Appearance: Very thick dark body resembling chocolate syrup with a light carbonation and a dark tan head rising maybe a budget below a quarter of a finger's length. Settles before first sip.
Smell: Light coffee aroma which does smell incredible but lacks a little potency. Still very addicting.
Taste: Sweet complex mocha with hints of warm half and half which offset it's espresso taste. Seriously simple yet complex.
Mouth: Full body coming off as sticky as honey on a spoon.
Overall: Great brew which follows a similar formula used on their other imperial Stouts, if you are ever so lucky grab it. Salud!
