Pours pitch black color with a 1+ finger thick brown colored head that was full of small bubbles that made a crackling sound as it faded slow to average time, leaving minimal lacing after each sip.

Smells of raw coffee beans, burnt coffee grinds, pine cones, smoked malts, molasses, brown sugar and cold pressed coffee. I’m not sure what orange coffee should smell like but this definitely smells like good coffee.

Tastes like it smells with coffee beans, burnt coffee grinds, smoked malts, molasses, brown sugar, cold pressed coffee, ash or charred wood, piney and/or earthy notes, toffee, bakers chocolate, s’mores and faint orange peel as it fades. Most of the flavor is coffee centric and while this stout is malt dominated, it still manages to be complex and flavorful.

Feel is a little thin but it still has enough stout thickness to maintain all the coffee accents. The bitterness is mild and this completely hides the ABV, making it easy to drink especially for a coffee lover such as myself. I enjoyed this brew and will look to have it again.

Served in a stemless wineglass from a 16oz can.

Appearance: Deep dark brown tinted black body coming off with medium to heavy bubbles to the body creating a thick head rising one and half finger's length off the body.

Smell: Heavy espresso bean which hovers the nostrils. Comes off super deep but not the most sticking of aromas.

Taste: First off the orange zest is a minimum, I personally think it is a good thing but its citrus juice fused espresso with hints of brown sugar and dose of light molasses.

Mouth: Heavy sticky beer. Medium carbonation with soft carbonation coming off very full-bodied.

Overall: Good brew, tasted maltier than what I expected...If anyone has ever had Even More Denmark 2015, you would understand where I am coming from. Always ina glass...Salud!
