Pours a bright but hazy yellow with teaming puffy, foamy white head with a snow cap top.
Aroma is grassy, slightly floral, leafy/weedy with notes of lemon/lemon grass and just passing barnyard odor.
Smooth clean soft bready malt, grassy, lemongrass, floral hops with a touch of bittersweetness at the finish.
Light crisp mouthfeel - clean, slightly dry; moderate carbonation - easy drinking and refreshing.
Pilsner done well.
