Collaboration with Omnipollo
Double dry-hopped with Citra and Galaxy hops and brewed with loads of vanilla. Faint notes of milk chocolate, creamy vanilla, and chocolate covered pineapple. Rich mouthfeel. Subtle Bitterness.

Served in a tulip glass from the can which I picked up at the brewery earlier today.
Appearance: Dark hazel colored brew, it's definitely cloudy with a deep cloudiness to the beer. Medium bubbles at best but a thick tan colored white head rising almost two fingers length off the body.
Smell: light aroma of vanilla and hops. Comes in and out, smells good just which it had more potency.
Taste: Complex light floral with deep marshmallow and vanilla bean extract creating a bitter but yet sweet finish. You do feel a beer being a bit boozy after two or three sips, it's all a matter of how well you let it warm down.
Mouth: super smooth body with a soft carbonation and stick after-taste.
Overall: Good brew, if I am lucky for it to ever cross my eyes again I'll grab another 4 pack or two. Don't let the label deter you from grabbing it, I personally keep politics away from beer. Always in a glass, Salud!
