A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a quarter finger high dark tan head that left a thin film of bubbles on the surface and a tan collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of hazelnut and vanilla are present in the nose along with notes of cinnamon.
T: The taste has flavors of hazelnut milk chocolate with notes of vanilla and hints of cinnamon towards the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied, slick and smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer was exceptionally drinkable considering its strength and tasted more like something that is 8% abv compared to 13% abv. If you're a fan of flavored stouts, Stoutee-Mate is to a standard stout as to what Coffee-Mate is to black coffee.

Served in a Teku Glass from a 16oz can which a grabbed yesterday at the brewery.
Appearance: Dark thick crude oil colored beer. Dark tan head which initially rose a notch below one finger's length off the body. Drops quick after two or three sips.
Smell: Coffee deep with mocha and hints of vanilla bean extract.
Taste: Sweet coffee with deep chocolate. Almost like a Hershey's bar dumped into a pot of American coffee with a dose of half-and-half.
Mouth: Super sticky body coming off with a soft carbonation. I'm thinking Nestle Quik with the morning coffee when I was a kid.
Overall: Good solid brew, especially if you're a chocolate chaser with your Imperial Stouts. Salud!
