A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly died down, leaving just a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and some specks of bubbles on the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of sour key lime are present in the nose along with hints of vanilla.
T: The taste is rather sour and is dominated by flavors of key lime but has notes of graham crackers and hints of milk sugar.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The taste of this beer closely resembles the flavors you get from a key lime pie. It's too bad that the head died down so quickly because that could have resembled some whipped cream on top.

Served in a tulip glass from the can.
Appearance: Hazy yellow body with a slight green tint to the body.
Smell: Lime skin, juicy aroma with a malt essence to the beer.
Taste: Limey as fudge with a sour hint to it. Slightly sweet vanilla but the sour from the lime. I feel lactose sugars,
Mouth: Citrus finish with notes of coming off with a soft carbonation and pretty sticky body.
Overall: Descent beer but you have to keep an open mind when inhaling it. You can drink it quick without even knowing it, smooth but sour...like a gose with ice cream.
