Pitch black body with a brown cap. Smell captures maple, coconut and other adjuncts with expressive barrel backing from both the bourbon and the wine, fudge and vanilla emerge from the depths. Smells is richer and fuller than taste, but taste still has a nice cinnamon and maple barrel aged flavors with big chocolate and barrel. Medium light body with sweet influences here and there, velvet smooth, warm and viscous.
