Served in a snifter glass from an 8oz can.

Appearance: Thick dark brown black tinted body with a dark tan head rising with a hard pour maybe half a fingers length at best.

Smell: Light warm brown sugar with heavy vanilla bean. The scent is light but it makes love to your nostrils.

Taste: A Ridiculously complex brew, vanilla bean and molasses meshed with purple grapes. It's a buggy beer because you are seriously in lust with maple syrup and a lighter whiskey tone. If rich were a beer.

Mouth: sticky ever-lasting flavor. Body is full with a soft carbonation.

Overall: ridiculously good brew and light be one of the deepest beers I have had from ETNYC, I seriously became in lust with the brew the second I inhaled it. Always in a glass!

This one pours a very dark black color, with a tiny head and no lacing.

This smells like boozy banana bread, toasted coconut, caramel, dark cherry, raisin, maple, and roast.

This is really excellent. It's got quite the lineage in terms of barrel, with the maple unsurprisingly dominating here. The red wine barrel gives off some raisin/dark fruit, etc sort of flavors. There a big spicy oak character here - the oak and the banana together kind of come together to make a barrel-drenched banana bread sort of flavor, with spices. The coconut is definitely sweet, but not overly so, and the vanilla adds some sweet creaminess that helps unite everything.

This is medium bodied, with a pretty low level of carbonation. There's no real booze to this.

This is absolute opulence in a bijou can, and I'm here for it.

The brewing / blending process of this beer is too extensive to even describe but it all boils down to one of the best beers I’ve had in a long time. Super complex, and perfectly balanced. Somehow it manages to not be overly sweet, and you just taste everything in perfect harmony. Absolute masterpiece.
