Look - Pours a dark red berry color with a very nice head that actually sticks around for several minutes.
Smell - A sour berry scent
Taste - A sour berry flavor, with little to no sweetness.
Feel - A very nice feel at a nice 6.5%ABV.
Overall - I understand why the score on this is somewhat high for a fruited kettle stout - it's doesn't have a lot of sweetness like many others do, and the berries taste real. But I'll admit, But I love the sweetness in many of the fruited kettle sours I've tried, and I like the taste of some of the sweeter ones a bit more than this.

Drank from a 1 pint can purchased on Tavour
Served in a tulip
Impressive appearance. The beer poured an opaque, deep mauve hue and was topped by a fluffy, finger-tall, ultra light pink crown that quickly dropped to a bubbly, lasting collar. After every sip, a wall of spotty, streaky lacing cascaded down the sides of the glass and then stuck around until the drink’s end.
Intense berry notes dominated the aroma. Super juicy and sweet, freshly picked berries came to mind. Strawberry was perhaps most prominent. Raspberry also came through strong. Good dose of blackberry too. Hint of sweet vanilla as well.
The flavor profiled carried on where the aroma left off. Berry notes again came through big time, but the berry presence here was a lot more tart and tangy, although pleasantly so. Raspberry led things off. Like in the nose, the berries seemed very natural and reminded me of the freshly picked variety. Strawberry appeared as the beer moved along the palate. Sweet-tart blackberry notes came through on the back end and carried into the tangy, lingering finish.
Impressive mouthfeel. The liquid was creamy, soft and supple. Medium bodied for the style. A finely beaded, mild effervescence gave the beer the perfect amount fluffiness on the palate.
Fruited sours have a tendency to be either light and refreshing or thick and intense, but this beer nicely straddled the territory between both. This would be a perfect summertime quencher.
