Served in a snifter from an 8oz can.
Appearance: Deep mahogany with a strong opaque look to the body. Super dark with a tan head dropping quick after one sip.
Smell: super strong woody vanilla with a deeper molasses scent that stabs the nose.
Taste: Ridiculously complex vanilla with whiskey feel loaded with brown sugar and an extra dose of love. Seriously if lust was an attribute I would rate it infinity.
Mouth: Deep sticky body with a heavier after taste and soft carbonation.
Overall: I met a monster and I hope we never could get into a fight. Might be one of the most complicated American made English barleywines i have had. Love potion number 9 for the modern era.
