Dry-hopped with oatmeal marshmallow creme cookies from our neighbors at Rudy’s Bakery here in Ridgewood. Full-bodied, sweet, decadent.

Served in a Teku glass from the can which I picked up at the brewery today and release one week prior.

Appearance: Thick dark mahogany tinted black. Like crude oil and a super thick tan head rising almost two fingers length off the body.

Smell: Marshmallow and brown sugar hovering the nose. Quick jab but not a haymaker, wish it lingered a little bit longer.

Taste: Very complex marshmallow, vanilla, mocha, cinnamon and subtle raisin.

Mouth: Thick body, soft carbonation and stickier than him under your shoe.

Overall: It's a gem, seriously...I think 2021 ETNYC is going back to their roots. Another incredible imperial stout, thick, sweet and heavy dessert like which still finishes off like a heavenly fudge cake. Salud!
