Cloudier than usual golden color. Smells incredibly floral and garden-y. Sort of like how Mosiac is featured in the Beer'd Frank & Berry and Lagunitas Super Cluster features Citra. I feel like the Cascade cryo is what evens out the difference, causing the taste to break out in complex directions. Everything this brewery does is like a chaotic experiment anyway but I feel it would be hard to top this.

Served in a tulip from the can.
Appearance: Cloudy gold color with medium bubbles on the body. Slightly off-white head: which rises maybe half of one finger's length off the of the body.
Smell: Straight hop pellets with a dose of fresh plucked sunflower to stab the nostrils.
Taste: Complex brew, seriously the taste is absolutely everywhere...floral feel with hints of lavender and buttermilk. Almost a lactose feel to the beer which is seriously just tease.
Mouth: Sticky but dry beer. I willtell you this, beer paired with a chicken sandwich and hummus and the finish sticks to you is one worth chasing for.
Overall: Solid gold, if you chase quality IPAs this one is for you...need two grab two more 4 packs before the weekend is over. Salud!
