Nice hazy IPA opaque light gold color as is typical with a hazy, thick white head that leaves a large lacing along the rim and top. Papaya, light citrus, and some pineapple notes. A solid hazy that actually seems to keep considering the can date was 8/26/21 and I enjoyed it almost a year later on 8/21/22 and it tasted pretty good.

nice dry hopped hazy one here, my can isnt even all that fresh and it still tastes like it is, perhaps a little milky looking, but its short of gloopy and depressing, which i guess counts for something in this style, where everyone seems to want to out gross one another visually. pale in color, beige to straw, viscous but fizzy too, almost an inch of lasting white foam. the nose is modern to me, citrus fruits in a generic way with maybe grapefruit peaking through, green grape and their tart skins, and ripe pear, pleasant if somewhat subtle, earthy one the grain side, soupy once i get to drinking it. the flavor of the hops is fresh and there is a grassiness to it that i like a lot, hints of juicy coconut flesh, under ripe peach, and honeysuckle, the nose is a tad more generic. some yeastiness through this, bready but not english to me, heavies it some, but its well fermented. i like the wheaty, protein full sort of feel, its sturdy but not too filling, nice texture of this, also love the absence of richer malts. well made beer, evil twin keeps on delivering on the hoppy stuff for the most part, this is what a lot of locals here wish they could produce...

first evil twin beer, it’s been a long time coming. this is quite a solid ipa here, lovely sweet and floral aroma, and flavourwise it’s a mellow, tropical fruit and floral flavour driven ipa, mango, pineapple, papaya, orange, all sorts of floraly herbal flavours, light bitterness, light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, super smooth, velvety, this is quite good stuff, not the last i will have of these guys for sure
