Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a Broken Bow nonic pint glass; canned 10/07/2021.
A: Pours a hazy golden color with a strongly orange case, a one finger, white head with modest retention and splashy lacing.
S: Aromas of pineapple (front and center), white grapefruit, caramel, and barley (rather late) predominate in that order.
T: Semisweet. Fruity flavors of pineapple and white grapefruit, as well as caramel and pine are out front, but give way to a Creamsicle® flavor. Light bitterness offsets other flavors leaving a crisp, refreshing finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Creamy on the palate.
O: This is an amazingly well crafted double dry hopped American Pale Ale. Would have this any time I saw it and hope it becomes an Evil Twin signature offering.
