Served in a tulip glass from the can.

Appearance: Hazy, almost opaque gold color to the body with a yellow tinted white head which initially rises almost one finger's length off the body.

Smell: Fruity coconut which comes off strong at first but dissipates after a few sniffs.

Taste: Sweet coconut pulp meets malt and light cane sugar. Has a fitter malty finish but hard to keep the glass down after the first sip. Not overly sweet and ridiculously juicy.

Mouth: Soft carbonation with a sticky body. Sweet finish which is obviously fruity.

Overall: My regret is not buying more of these, Great dessert like IPA which crushes your palate right from the beginning. Salud!

On tap at Evil Twin NYC - Dumbo in Brooklyn, NY.

This one pours a very hazy bright golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like pineapple, candied melon, fresh coconut, and lemon.

The coconut level is perfect on this one - it doesn’t overwhelm the hop character, and slides perfectly in with the hop character, which is very pineapple forward and tropical.

This is creamy, medium bodied, and very drinkable.

This is a very successful way of adjuncting an IPA.
