Dark brown oily appearance with a moist tan head that recedes quickly to a collar, no lacing. Sherry, bourbon, and maple all stand out, but in my opinion do not blend or pair well. Medium body, mild carbonation.

Look - black thick syrup with slight rimming
Smell - red wine grape chocolate scents
Taste - slight tart funk from that sherry with some chocolate maple nuttiness
Feel - thick and creamy
Overall - not a fan of that wine taste in it
