A rebrew of our fanciest Gose, this time with aged hops, gourmet Italian wheat, the cutest coriander seeds, our hand selected vanilla bean, and Nordic deep sea salt. Aged on American oak.

Copenhagen 24/10 2022. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Drawing of a picture frame with a selection of the ingredients of the beer.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty golden yellow with a bubbly, mid-sized white head. Disappears after 10 seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly perfumed odor mingling with both sour and salty notes. Sweet wheat and vanilla. Mustard and citrus. A bit sharp.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a touch of vanilla and a sour undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A strange mixture of sensations.

On tap at Blind Tiger pub in Greenwich Village, NYC. Review done from memory.
L: Opaque, yellow/orange with a thin head. Looks like lightly carbonated, freshly-squeezed orange juice.
S: Understated tropical fruit and funk.
T: Rich mango and orange with pronounced vanilla. Perfect salty finish.
F: Full and creamy with a soft mouthfeel and subtle sour edge.
O: Rich, citrusy, vanilla & salt, gose-style ale. Like a salty NEIPA. Fabulously OTT.
