Served in a tulip glass from the can which I picked up a the brewery today.
Appearance: Hazy yellow with a white head rising just over a nudge over a finger's length off the body.
Smell: Floral aroma which hits the nose
Taste: Malty and citrussy. Heavy bitter grapefruit. Juice with hints of floral essence.
Mouth: Sticky and heavy yellow grapefruit skin finish which sticks. Yet it is a bit dry yet very satisfying.
Overall: Good beer, wish it had a sweet malt body but not complaining. You crave that New England imperial that is stick as fudge. Salud!
