A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that left a large patch of bubbles on the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grassy hops are present in the nose along with hints of pale malts.
T: The taste has flavors of pale and pilsner malts along with a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsner is simple yet has a nice clean and dry mouthfeel. It seems like it would make for a nice accompaniment to some apizza on Wooster Street in New Haven.
