Poured on tap a hazy light orange , 1" light head with good retention and lacing. Nose is grain, lemon grass, and lemon. Flavor mildly sweet malt with a balanced mix of lemon, lemon peel, and lightly fermented dough. Body is light and crisp. Not much foudre character here, so unclear how much that added to the end product, but a fine lager.

On tap at the brewery’s DUMBO tap room.
L: Pale orange with a light haze and one finger of off-white, cream head that leaves rings of lace.
S: Grassy.
T: Lemon pith upfront that quickly becomes herbal, almost CBD-like. Properly bitter and only subtly sweet.
F: Low carbonation, smooth mouthfeel, some coating of the tongue.
O: A super dry, super herbal lager with a soft and creamy mouthfeel. Liked this a lot.
