Black color. Medium-sized, beige head. Chocolate, banana, and roasted malt in the aroma. Sweet malty taste. A bit too sweet but it's still very drinkable.

L: Poured from a partial pint can into a sniffer - hardly any head risen - about a centimeter if less.
S: Smells like a stout - chocolate, coffee, cocoa, molasses, dark malts, maybe even some toffee. Not getting much banana here.
T: Heavy rich chocolatey dark fruity lingering taste. Picking up a special sweet flavor, tasting chocolate, coffee, malts. The sweet flavor is as of the ending of eating a banana - the lingering aftertaste to it. Well done!
F: Medium/ heavy bodied, slight carbonation on the tongue, easy to drink.
O: This is an interesting stout. I like it for the different taste compared to most strong stouts but I'm not loving this one. The banana is a different taste but it takes away from the chocolate and coffee quite a bit.
