Pours a clear and very pale straw color with an obnoxiously large and long-lasting meringue-like white head.
Clean aroma with kisses of sulfur and grass. Maybe a light hint of mint.
The taste isn’t quite as clean. There’s some slight cakeiness to it, and the bitterness is pronounced but lacking character.
Light bodied with highly zippy overcarbonation.
Not bad for the style, but I’d just as soon have a mass market before revisiting this.

A: The beer is hazy and a bit pale yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a two finger high fluffy white head that died down but never completely faded away.
S: Light aromas of grain are present in the nose along with hints of what seems to be rice adjuncts.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of grassy hops and a light amount of associated bitterness.
M: It feels light-bodied (but not watery) on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is also a touch of dryness.
O: This beer is very easy to drink but still smells and tastes light a lighter version of a craft lager.
Serving type: can
