Cloudy amber brew with ample foam in the Brigand chalice. Very sweet and fruity like every other NEIPA. This one has a very sharp finish, but not quite to the dreaded acidic level. The nose is distincly honey. More honey in the taste with Nehi Orange and fruitcake. Sudsy enough and slushy in the mouth.

Overall this is fairly sippable once you accept you're in Sugarland. Still, it's somewhere to the left of cloying. "Conditioned on New York State honey." Nothing on the label suggests this is a murky NEIPA, but I should know that everything east of Colorado is suspicious. From the 16 oz can purchased on the west coast. Not dated.

16oz cab purchased at Bottles, in Millwood, WA, for $5.99. No freshness date.

Poured into a 16oz glass, this was a hazy, almost opaque straw color, with a big, creamy looking, beige colored head that displayed a surprisingly large amount of staying power for something with such a high abv percentage.

Initial aroma was of stone-fruity hoppiness.

Flavor was reminiscent of an orange Creamsicle, except that the citrus notes were more in evidence than the sweet ones. There were also some peach-like notes. Finish was redolent with bitter, grapefruity citrus notes.

Creamy and resiny (in that order) mouth feel.

Pretty nice hazy TIPA. I'd hit it again.

Canned on: ?????

A - Opaque medium golden tan pour with dense, thin lacing that's vibrant white.

S - Dank citrus, peach, grapefruit, and passion fruit on the nose.

T - Dank peach, passion fruit, citrus, and some tropical fruit. Ends on the sweeter side with very light bitterness on the back side.

M - Chewy and pillowy soft.

O - Nice dankness with a well-hidden ABV.

Poured chilled from a can into a 16oz pint glass. Appearance is hazy straw/pale gold. Foamy slightly off-white 2-finger head receded slowly to a thin topping of suds with fair amount amount of lacing on the glass.
Aroma is citrus pith, mandarin orange, grassy meadows....no lobster notes.
Taste follows the nose as expected with a punch of juicy fruits including lime, grapefruit, guava, maybe some peach and a finish of suble honey notes.
Mouthfeel is medium full. Creamy smooth carbonation yields a pillowy/cottony finish. Really good balance of sweet from the malt and honey with just the right bitterness on the back.
Overall this is a tasty NEIPA/triple dry-hopped ipa. Very well-crafted and extremely enjoyable. Definitely looking for this one again.
