On draught at brewery taproom in DUMBO.
L: Opaque, deep red/purple colour with a short-lived pink head.
S: Rich and fruity.
T: Blackberry, strawberry, red currant, peach. A summer fruit smoothie.
F: Full body. Rich, decadent and super smooth. Finish is perfectly tart.
O: Richly fruited. Gently sour. Amazing mouthfeel. Top notch.

This is a blind review. I have no clue to the beer name, company, or style as I write. This is put into the beer listing after the fact. I will also edit this, and put it on UT.
This beer is poured from a 16oz can.
Before I start, I got the flavors quite wrong in my blind tasting. I just couldn't pin down the flavors right.
I'm going to say that this beer is a sour of some kind just by the look of it. Murky pink in color. Nothing really shines through when I hold it to the light. Lots of carbonation in here produces a thick 3 finger rose colored head, which looks very pillow like. The retention is quite good, and there's a bit of lacing on the glass. 4.25
When I finally got all of the beer in the glass, I know for a fact it's a sour. I get tart fruity notes. I think I'm getting raspberry
Taste - This is raspberry, at least that's what I think it is. It is quite tart overall, though some of the sweetness does come through in the flavor. I also get a champaigne like flavor, that I can't quite put my finger on. 4.25
Body - This is a very thick boy here. Very full bodied, almost pulpy feeling. Slightly bubbly. Tart feeling lingers - 4.5
Overall - This is a delicious kettle sour. Thick, and full bodied 4.25
